By the end of the programme each individual will have compiled a record of the personal information they have gathered and developed throughout the programme. The personal information pack will include:
  • Relevant personal profile (CV)
  • Details of particular career options
  • Copy of the flexible plan
  • Guidance on how to pursue career options
  • Specific feedback on interview technique
  • Individual strategies to deal with set backs
  • Details of designated consultant who will remain their main point of contact for an agreed period
